I got infected…This is how I recovered
In January of this year, I tested positive for Covid-19. Thankfully, I recovered fully, and I shared my story shortly after on an episode of EWTN’s Informe Provida called “El Aborto y Las Vacunas” (Abortion and Vaccines) and briefly in videos with Veronica Flamenco for David Contra Coviat.
I hope that by sharing my story in more detail it will encourage you to remain steadfast if you are resisting the experimental, abortion-tainted vaccine. To resist is the narrower, more difficult path. I will also share resources and information for prevention and treatment for you to consider as you pray and discern a course of action if you or someone you know becomes infected. By sharing this information, I do not pretend to give you a medical prescription, but rather to share what has helped me and valuable information I have discovered. Before following any of the recommendations, it is wise to consult your family doctor, if necessary.
Even though I’d followed all the sanitary measures imposed by state officials since the start of the lockdown, and took precautions to strengthen my immunity, I realized one day that I had some congestion and that I had lost my sense of taste and smell. I came down with Covid-19 and began the two-week quarantine. I’m grateful to God that my symptoms were very mild. I had no fever, no aches, and no loss of oxygen at any point. My understanding is that this mild experience is typical of most people who contract Covid-19, particularly among the younger age groups. The congestion soon subsided, and my sense of taste and smell returned in two or three weeks.
ADVANTAGES OVER THE DISEASE
Thankfully, almost four years ago I began a habit of fasting on Wednesdays and Fridays (24 or 36 hours, water only), healthy eating (fresh foods, salads, very little sugar, and little junk food), regular exercise, and a stronger prayer life. Providentially, these habits helped to prepare my immune system. While it didn’t prevent me from contracting the illness, my symptoms were mild and I was able to fight it well, which is what God designed our powerful immune system to do.
In addition, I incorporated a protocol of vitamins and minerals recommended by doctors, such as Vitamins C and D, Zinc, and Quercetin (see details below). I also drank a lot of fluids, especially hot cinnamon tea with some lemon juice (I later learned that onion/ginger/lemon tea with manuka honey is also very helpful). Fortunately, it was not necessary for me to resort to taking medication like Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine, two highly effective medicines for treating Covid-19. I’ve seen how these treatment protocols have saved the lives of many people from the disease. I want to emphasize that seeking treatment for the disease early is vitally important.
Since I recovered from Covid-19, I’ve continued to follow a healthy lifestyle (exercise, diet of fresh food, good sleep) and a regular prayer and sacramental life for my overall physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
I’m confident, as well, that having had the illness has given me long-lasting antibodies - even perhaps for a lifetime. In fact, a 2008 study of survivors of the Spanish flu pandemic showed that they had antibodies for the virus almost a century later! There are now studies that confirm that people who contracted SARS-2 Covid-19 also produce T-cells, antibodies that help you successfully resist reinfection.
I also learned that keeping one’s weight down is critical. I struggled with weight most of my life but fasting helped me, as well as practicing the virtues of temperance and prudence in eating. A recent study from the British Medical Journal, The Lancet, found that being overweight (not just obese) is a contributing risk factor that people who died of Covid had in common, particularly in the younger age groups.
Since we are facing a biological war, I’ve learned that we must keep strengthening our defenses. I also discovered recently that both unvaccinated, as well as those vaccinated with the experimental Covid injections, should protect their cells from the toxins generated by the injections and the shedding or, more accurately, the transmission that can affect us all. In fact there are doctors such as Dr. Bryan Ardis, Dr. Vladimir Zelenko (who was nominated for the Nobel prize for developing the Zelenko Protocol based on the use of Hydroxychloroquine to treat Covid), and Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, who recommend similar protocols made up of vitamins, minerals, and practical tips that can help fortify and detox the immune system:
Sunbathe for at least 15 minutes daily. This helps the body generate Vitamin D naturally. To increase your Vitamin D levels further, they recommend you follow step 2.
Vitamin D3 (10,000 i.u.)
Vitamin C (5,000 - 10,000 mg)
Selenium (200 mcg)
Magnesium Citrate (or Magnesium Chloride) 500 mg. You can take a smaller amount if you need to build tolerance.
Sleep well and exercise regularly.
There are protocols that also recommend adding Glutathione, N-Acetylcysteine, and Quercetin. These are powerful supplements that have also been used to treat Covid-19. Zinc is also recommended when the illness is being treated.
For children Dr. Ardis recommends the following:
Vitamin C: Ages 6-12 years 5,000 mg, 2-5 years 2,000 mg
Magnesium Chloride or Citrate: 6-12 years 500 mg, 2-5 years 200 mg
Selenium: 12+ years 200 mcg, 2-12 years 100 mcg
This protocol is for a daily regimen. As a precaution, you can always check with your family doctor to see if these supplements are safe for you and your children. Most of these supplements are inexpensive, such as vitamins C & D, which are also usually found in the food we consume regularly. Sunbathing every day to produce Vitamin D naturally by walking or running outside is free!
I want to again emphasize the power of fasting. You can choose to do it one or two days a week. You can also restrict the time window of eating daily, which is also a form of fasting called intermittent fasting. Both forms of fasting can strengthen your immune system by leaps and bounds. This was the finding of Dr. Valter Longo of USC’s Gerontology Department in his study of the effect of fasting on the immune system of cancer patients. I also recommend the books and YouTube videos of Canadian nephrologist Dr. Jason Fung, an expert and excellent coach on fasting for health, and this excellent book on fasting by Catholic author, Jay W. Richards.
TREATMENT PROTOCOLS EXIST
It is tragic that the public is not being informed about the powerful prevention measures that exist and the effective and inexpensive treatments that are available for Covid-19, but rather are being bombarded by the promotion of the experimental “vaccines” as the only solution. The fact is that many lives have been saved thanks to these prevention and treatment protocols.
We are in the middle of a biological and spiritual battle, but we must remain peaceful and hopeful. Have an action plan in place. Identify a local doctor who will recommend a prevention and/or treatment plan with the remedies known to heal patients effectively such as Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine and specific vitamins and minerals. Call or email them.
Do your research now. Do not wait until you or someone in your family falls ill.
In addition to the following resources and directories of physicians, you may consider asking your family doctor or your local pro-life doctor if they treat Covid-19. The pro-life physicians I know are supportive of these treatments. If not, you can share with them the treatment information and protocol from Dr. Pierre Kory of the FLCCC Alliance or any of the other informational resources below.
The following websites and directories are for physicians who prescribe the prevention and treatment protocol for Covid-19 in person or via telemedicine (consultations done online or over the phone). They also share the truth behind the experimental Covid-19 “vaccines.”

When I was ill, I had close friends and family who were checking in on me, praying for me and bringing food and any supplies I needed. Last month, I had the opportunity to help friends who became ill. Do not be afraid. Be at peace and do what is in your hands. Trust in God and cling to him like never before. Find people who are resisting like you and support and encourage each other. If a friend falls ill, help them and pray for them. May we remain steadfast and united in Christ, until the end.
